Start Smart Stay Safe (S4) is excited to partner with you in developing resilience in children and families. Please note the following:
- The S4 Team recommends the entire school community (teachers, administration, members of school council) discuss S4 prior to completing the S4 School Application.
- The S4 School Information Sheet is to be completed by a school administrator on behalf of the teaching staff, support staff, and school council.
- Fill out the form online and submit electronically using the ‘Submit by email’ button on the front page of the application.
- You will be contacted by the S4 Team when your information sheet is received and processed.
