Every member of the school community has a role to play in Start Smart Stay Safe (S4). Working together with police officers, teachers use S4 resources to plan activities for children in the classroom.
These activities teach children about their individual strengths, develop their skills, and help children learn who their “help” is in their community (people and programs).
By taking part in S4 activities, children discover how they can make positive choices for themselves and serve their school community as responsible citizens.
