1. Contact your school administration team.
2. Work with your school administration and school council to review the S4 Information page.  This information is available in a variety of formats to best suit your school community needs.
3. Complete the S4 School Information Sheet if your school staff and school council have agreed to move forward with S4 as a whole school initiative.
